Junior World Champion Dreimueller playing for RSV

Heidelberg talent commits to RSV with double-license

Shortly before the first game of the season on the 4th of October against Cologne 99ers one of the biggest young talents in German Wheelchair Basketball has committed to play for the Bundesliga team whilst still continuing to play with his home team SGK Heidelberg.

Junior World Champion Dreimueller is originally from Frankfurt and has won the U22-Worlds in Adana together with new team mate Chris Huber and only last week has won silver at the Junior Europeans in Saragossa. The forward is said to be one of the biggest talents in his classification group (2,0) in Germany and was one of Heidelberg’s key players in the past season.

The only 16-year-old pupil is another part of the puzzle and the rejuvenation of the team and another step towards the RSV future. Nico Dreimueller is expected to develop further training with his new team and get his minutes during games, without having to change his role in Heidelberg.
