German Championship comes „back home“

Extraordinary 65:65-tie saves championship
In front of 2500 spectators RSV Lahn-Dill saved the 16-point advantage from the first of two games for the german championship and with a 65:65 (16:17/35:34/52:50) result the team brought the trophy back to Wetzlar.
After 40 minutes of an open basketball fight and an extraordinary performance by Richard Peter, who had a triple-double, it was only Zwickau´s Mateusz Filipski who could hold against this with 30 points in the end but it was not enough to bring back his team to work on the 16-points deficit from the game last week at Zwickau.
