Bonn couldn´t hold back RSV in second half

87:63-success at Bonn – Richard Peter with strong performance
With a 87:63 (21:19/39:34/71:48)-win at ASV Bonn took the RSV Lahn-Dill its first high challenge in this year´s season. Again without Kai Gerlach and Gesche Schünemann the team was able to show especially in the second half a physically strong performance.
Especially canadian Richard Peter, who a couple days ago was chosen to carry the olympic flame through his hometown Duncan, finished with extraordinary 67% from the field.
"My aim was to work on our zone-defense in the beginning of the game, because we are not on a 100%-level in this case. Our transition was good and our offense too, so I am satisfied with our performance altogether."
Although the team from Wetzlar showed up souvereignly the number-one spot in the RBBL went to Zwickau, who won at Cologne with a remerkable 102:38.
